Opening up Bostin Brew Co on Sunday morning, Lara Stringfellow went through her usual routine, turning on the coffee machine, firing up the grill and putting out the chairs and tables.

Checking out the back, Ms Stringfellow came across a scene that's not on the opening checklist, the cafe's bins had been stuffed full with waste building materials.
What was previously a largely empty commercial bin had now been filled to the top with gyprock, adding another headache ahead of a busy Sunday.
"There were just a couple of bags because it gets emptied on a Thursday," Ms Stringfellow said.
Having a full bin before the week even begins is not a minor concern.
"It's a massive inconvenience, because if [Remondis] can't take our bins then we're going to have to pull this gyprock out of our bins and then figure that one out," Ms Stringfellow said.
Even if the waste contractor does accept the bin, the cafe could be slugged with an extra charge for having an overweight bin.
What might have been a quick fix for the builder has turned into an ongoing nightmare for Ms Stringfellow and her colleagues.
"I really want whoever has dumped that rubbish to come and get their rubbish out of our bin."
