The prestigious tournament was held over five days at the BCU International Sports Stadium, with NSW Metro conceding just two goals over the five games.
Ashley helped NSW Metro to a 7-0 win over South Australia, 4-2 triumph over Queensland, a 3-0 victory over Northern NSW, a 3-0 win over Victoria and 1-0 win over NSW Country.
In addition to training ahead of the championships, the squad came together for a three-day pre-championship training camp.
This weekend Ashley will play for the Football NSW Institute under 12s team in the elite NSW Women's Premier League.
