Wollongong Olympic under 14s became the most successful team in the club's 51-year junior history by winning the Boys Champion of Champion title at Blacktown on Sunday.

The team were the club's first to win both the NSW State Cup - last August - and Champion of Champions title. They also won the Football South Coast League title.
In the grand final of both the NSW State Cup and Champion of Champions, Olympic beat North Epping (Gladesville Hornsby), with Sunday's crown won 4-1 after a penalty shootout.
Olympic conceded an early goal and trailed 1-0 down at half-time before equalising. The grand final finished 1-1 with no goals in extra time.
Midfielder Thomas Darjani scored the crucial second half goal. Goalkeeper Zac Bedelovski was the penalty shootout hero with two key saves.
"These boys are the best team we've had in our history," Olympic junior secretary Albert Taylor said. "Never in 51 years has our club won the State Cup or the Champion of Champions and this team has done both in the same season. They are a magnificent team, play for each other and deserve all the success that has come this year."
Only a Football South Coast grand final loss to Thirroul stopped Olympic from the perfect "Grand Slam" season, but their Champion of Champions triumph confirms they are the best under-14s team in NSW.
Wollongong Olympic had a 2-0 win over Kanwal Warnervale Rovers in their semi-final, after beating Kogarah 5-1, Pagewood Botany 2-0 and Wests FC (Griffith) 3-1 in the earlier rounds.
Three South Coast teams were beaten in the semi-finals.
In Division 1 under-14 girls, Brookvale beat Woonona 2-1, while in the 15 boys, Port Kembla lost 1-0 to St Mary's.
Coniston reached the last four in the 17 boys comp.
