Gorillas skipper Aaron Henry scored a hat-trick and had a hand in a number of other tries at Cec Glenholmes Oval.
The result also effectively ends a mistake-riddled Berry's faint aspirations of competing in this season's play-offs.
James Collins opened the home team's account after 11 minutes, gaining a fortuitous ricochet from his own grubber-kick for a 6-0 buffer.
Warilla failed to clean up Josh Ingold's clearing kick, and the ball eventually found Luke Moffatt, who streaked away to square the ledger.
However, the visitors paid the price for turning possession over from the ensuing kick-off, as the Gorillas spread it wide and speedster Chad Lisch crossed.
Henry soon powered his way over from dummy half, and the home side put it through the hands, centre Blake Colgan nabbing a simple four-pointer to capitalise on a Magpies error.
Henry laid on a try for replacement Josh Dowel, and the lead blew out even further when the captain's clever cut-out pass sent Nathan Gallestegui over, and Warilla into the sheds ahead 34-6.
Upon the resumption, Collins caught the defence napping from a quick tap and scored.
Mark Walsh's great lead-up work laid the platform for Henry to touch down again; only a memorable solo try by Berry's Lachlan Dresser temporarily halted the rout.
Henry was involved again on the hour mark, throwing a long pass and Gallestegui kicked for himself to bring up the half-century.
Warilla's Cameron Howes stole the ball close to the line and extended the advantage, and Henry bagged his treble.
Brent Marando scored a consolation effort for the visitors.
In other Group 7 action, Kiama Knights have notched their biggest scalp of the season, scoring a 26-14 upset win over Gerringong Lions at Michael Cronin Oval on Saturday.
Shellharbour City are short-priced favourites to take out the minor premiership, the Sharks four points clear of the Lions with three rounds to play.
Shellharbour scored a convincing 50-22 win against premiers Nowra-Bomaderry Jets at Nowra Showground on Saturday.
Jamberoo Superoos kept their slim finals hopes alive with a 46-18 victory over the Port Kembla Blacks at Noel Mulligan Oval.
Milton-Ulladulla Bulldogs accounted for Albion Park-Oak Flats Eagles 38-16 at Bill Andriske Oval on Sunday.
