Setting fitness goals is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I have been continually setting goals with my daily fitness schedule - trying to improve my distance and speed on the cross trainer, and in the pool.
It is very encouraging when you see progress - it spurs you on to meet the next challenge.
