A Warrigal Care minibus driver has been charged after a fatal crash on the M1 Princes Motorway at Yallah on Wednesday.

An 88-year-old woman was killed after the bus collided with the front end of a fuel tanker and flipped across the northbound lanes shortly before midday.
Eleven people were transported to hospital after the accident.
The injured bus passengers were not residents of a Warrigal Care facility but were taking part in its social outreach program, called Club Connect
Both the minibus driver and the truck driver were taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
The 63-year-old minibus driver was later charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and his licence has been suspended.
He was given bail to appear at Wollongong Local Court on February 1.
