Jumping from box two, Falcon’s Fury shot out to an early advantage and was never headed in a sensational three length victory in the $40,000-to-the-winner final.
The Bathurst Cup winning sprinter clocked a slick time of 26.12 seconds to beat Michael Eberand’s Barking Bad and John Little trained Pedro Cerrano.
It was Falcon’s Fury’s second Cup win in the month of February and Braddon attends to target even more Cup success in the coming months.
Braddon’s wife Pamela told thedogs.com.au the sprinter would head to the Group 2 Maitland Gold Cup heats on March 16 before having going on to the Golden Easter Egg heats on April 1.
‘He’s never been [to Maitland] before so we’ll see how he handles it,” Pamela Braddon said.
