Grace, who also played and scored in youth grade, was on hand to provide the Blueys winner in the 85th minute at Tarrawanna Oval.
Kody Maude had earlier scored a double for Port while Rick Goodchild and Woo Oh both found the net for Tarrawanna.
In other matches, Bulli maintained their unbeaten record with a hard fought 3-2 win over Cringila Lions on Friday night.
Wollongong Olympic eased past Picton Rangers for a 3-0 victory that keeps them second on the ladder.
Saturday’s other match between Kemblawarra Fury and Wollongong United was forced to be postponed due to the state of the pitch.
