The reason is because Sydney Water is renewing parts of the water mains in those two streets.
Work will start in early June and is expected to continue 7am to 6pm on a daily basis excluding Sundays through until til September.
Some night work may also be necessary.
There may be interruptions to the water supply of local homes and businesses during the work program.
Sydney Water will notify affected homes and businesses prior to the water supply being interrupted.
The work being undertaken involves digging into the footpath and road and disconnecting the existing main.
Then a new water main will be laid in and connected to the system.
