Throughout the month Illawarra businesses will host events to collect money to help the development of the children’s charity’s new home in Flinders.
KidzWish spokesman Karouna Michael said more than 10 businesses have organised events, more than 40 pubs have money collection tins and more than 50 volunteers have also registered their support.
KidzWish helps Illawarra and South Coast children who are sick, disadvantaged or have a disability providing them with speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and music/dance/sports programs.
