The hotel has teamed with yoga gurus from Blue Athletic for the event in aid of sourcing tampons and toiletries for homeless people.
Organisers said around 48,000 yogis will take part simultaneously around the country, opening their hearts while touching their toes.
“It’s just things you don’t even think about for women that are in crisis situations or homeless, just providing them with the things that are not as readily accessible to you and I,” spokeswoman Nikki McCarthy Hicks said.
Registrations for the 8am yoga session costs $20 with funds going to charity Share The Dignity.
The organisation is passionate to afford everyone the “dignity in life” that many people take for granted.
Their collection drives also help to ensure women are not going without basic necessities like pads, tampons, toothpaste, soap and deodorant.
