It is a uniform steeped in history. The Illawarra Hawks have revealed a special heritage round uniform featuring the name of every player who has ever pulled on a Hawks singlet.
The Hawks will wear for the Illawarra Mercury-sponsored heritage round on January 13 against New Zealand at the WEC. And we are giving one lucky reader a chance to own their very own piece of history. Readers who vote in our online poll to decide the Greatest Hawks of All Time will go in the draw to win a signed heritage singlet.
The Greatest Hawks of All Time is a joint initiative of the Illawarra Hawks and the Illawarra Mercury to celebrate the club’s place in history as the only foundation club in the National Basketball League, which is celebrating 40 seasons.
