The team is now one of just four sides remaining in the competition which started with over 400 entrants and will head up to Lake Macquarie for next week's finals series.
The side fell behind 1-nil after conceding a goal in just the second minute, however goals to Narvana-Lee Holland and Katia Turner handed Holy Spirit the victory.
Holy Spirit have been handed a favourable draw, with the girls missing the might of Hunter Sports High and Westfields Sports. Those two teams will face off in one semi-final, while Holy Spirit will take on Brisbane’s Kelvin Grove State College.
Westfields Sports and Hunter Sports have won 11 of the past 13 editions of the competition. Holy Spirit's only previous trip to the final four saw the side defeated by Westfields Sports 7-nil in the 2015 final.
