Bruce Tyrrell, of Tyrrell’s Wines, represents the fourth generation of the family that has been making wine in the Hunter Valley since 1858.
Its winemakers also make the wine for local vineyard Coolangatta Estate.
Centro CBD’s Robert Specogna is organising more wine dinners at the restaurant, live music venue and function centre following the success of recent winter winemaker degustation dinners.
He said there is definitely demand for quality wine makers visiting and sharing their knowledge with local wine connoisseurs.
Another big attraction this month is an intimate dining concert with Glenn Shorrock on November 29.
