With very little cricket played, all matches finished in wash outs and premierships were handed to the top seeds in each of the grand finals.
For the under 16A competition, that was Northern Districts, who finished off their seven years of junior cricket with their fifth title.
Captain Sam Hobson said it was a disappointing way for his side to take home the trophy, but was proud of the team's efforts throughout the season.
"It was definitely a bit disappointing," Hobson said. "We got the win, but would've liked to have played, especially as it was our last game of junior cricket.
"Overall, it was a great season, we had a lot of fun. As it was our last year of junior cricket we wanted to enjoy as much as we could and that showed on the field. We had a great time and that turned into wins."
Hobson credited much of the team's success to the close friendships that have formed throughout the past seven years.
"I think winning played a big part in how close we have become. We're a tight group of boys, some of us go to school together, we all have similar interests in sport and we've played together for a long time."
With the team's junior cricketing journey now complete, the boys will follow a variety of different paths. Some, like Hobson, will move permanently into grade cricket, while for others, this marks the end of their cricketing careers.
"Even if we aren't playing together in the future," Hobson said, "We'll still have the friendship and still be seeing each other away from cricket."
The under 16B competition was taken out by the Razor-Rats, a combined The Rail-Oak Flats side.
Minor premiers Keira won the under 14A competition, the draw completing an undefeated season for the Lions. Wests claimed the under 14B competition. Northern Districts White won the under 12A competition.
