The Illawarra's junior representative rugby league teams will travel to the Central Coast this weekend after a successful Southern Zone Country Championships last week.

Both the under 14s and under 15s will contest the Country Championships Plate Final, with the two teams claiming the Southern Plate in Wagga Wagga.
The under 14 side will play the mid-north coast-based Group Three, while the under 15s are set to take on junior powerhouse Newcastle.
The under 15s qualified for this weekend's state finals with a hard-fought 20-18 win over Group 10 in the Plate final. The under 14s also took on Group 10 in their Plate final, the boys claiming a 10-0 victory.
Group Seven were also in action in Wagga Wagga, with both the under 14s and under 15s progressing to the Cup final.
There the under 14s fell to Group Six 22-14, while the under 15s were defeated by Victoria 26-14.
