Manager Mitchell Bloomfield said the new escape room, which replaces The Tomb, had been built within the past two weeks and was in the final stage of testing.
The new game follows the same underlying theme based on the central characters' adventures through time.
"We are continuing the story of Breakout with Professor B and his missing fiance," Mr Bloomfield said
"What has happened is he has discovered a note telling him to investigate a certain set of time coordinates which happen to be in the future. The reason he has shut down the link to the tomb is so he can go and investigate".
Mr Bloomfield said there are some similarities to the extreme elements found in a Blade Runner style story.
here is everything from a dirty grimy street aspect to a lush interior lifestyle setting and a surprise SciFi element that can't be divulged.
Mr Bloomfield said the new escape room involves players employing a combination of different problem solving skills to complete. And teamwork is still essential.
"We tried to steer away from maths with this one," he said.
"Fingers crossed it will open this weekend.
"We did some staff testing and neither of the teams were able to escape.
"We decided to renovate because we are coming up on two years and we are getting to the stage where most people have at least done one room.
"And there are groups of people out there who have really gotten into it and completed three, four or five rooms".
