After six years in development GHD released the Oracle which is in such huge globally demand it is already in short supply that the company is only making them available from premium salons.
Charli & Kate in Wollongong Central earned the right because of the standard and quality of the service it provides. After discovering her salon was one of only a few chosen in the state Melissa Gorgievski sent staff to Sydney for formal training.
Ms Gorgievski said there was so much interest in and excitement about the GHD Oracle which has been six years in development. She said it was different to anything else on the market because it uses one motion that does both cooling and heating.
"The heating allows the hair to curl and the cooling will actually set the curl. It is like using a straightener but you get a curl," Ms Gorgievski said.
