That brings the total donated in 15 years to $16,165,097.
Sunday's Convoy saw 751 trucks and 913 bikes travel 70 kilometres raising funds for the Illawarra Community Foundation.
The Convoy departed under police escort from the Illawarra Coal's West Cliff Colliery on Appin Road about 8am.
The family fun day at Shellharbour Airport featured live performances from Australian rock legends Hoodoo Gurus, pop favourites/reality TV stars The Veronicas and more.
Illawarra Convoy Manager Mark Rigby said he was "so proud of this result".
"I'm so proud of the stuff that we got to do for families this year," he said.
"We linked up families with custom trucks...we sent three kids buses down the mountain, we honoured Kye's passing with an amazing entrance into Convoy.
"It's not always about the money we raise, it's also about all those little special moments and how many people we get to make happy."
The Illawarra Community Foundation distributes funds to local charities and families who are facing life-threatening illness, as well as supporting local hospitals with vital medical equipment and upgrades.
The 2020 Convoy will be held on November 15.
