Sam Adnun and Ben McDonald both scored a brace as Bulli proved too strong in the pre-season contest at Ian McLennan Park.
It was a good start to 2021 for Julio Miranda's men, who finished third in last year's IPL before crashing out in the finals in straight sets.
Bulli has a new look ahead of this year's campaign, bringing in the likes of former Albion Park White Eagles forward Joel Beattie and ex-Wollongong Wolves duo Guy Knight and Nick Littler.
"They've fitted in well and hopefully they will complement the team, and so far, so good," Miranda said.
"Saturday's result was good outcome for the work that's been done so far. We're trying to give everyone as many minutes as possible. We do have some new players and young players that have come to the club, so I'm trying to get them a bit of a look in as well. Hopefully that will create a competitive culture around the club.
"But it's also just pre-season. I'm happy with the way we did things (on Saturday), but it was a trial game at the end of the day."
In Saturday's other Frat Cup results, University thrashed Port Kembla Pumas 5-1 and Helensburgh thumped Oak Flats 6-0, while Dandaloo, Warilla and Shell Cove beat Picton, Balgownie and Unanderra respectively on penalties.
The remaining round one winners last week were Bellambi, Berkeley Sports, Wollongong United, Gerringong, Tarrawanna and Thirroul.
