A 28-year-old man wanted on outstanding warrants faced court on Friday after allegedly leading police on a foot chase through Port Kembla streets on Thursday.

Officers said they were patrolling the suburb just before 9am on Thursday when they noticed a man acting suspiciously.
As they approached, Peter Ivan Broughton allegedly took off on foot, before jumping onto the roof of a house on Allan Street.
He was arrested a short distance away.
Two officers sustained minor injuries during the arrest and were taken to Wollongong Hospital for treatment.
Broughton was treated at the scene by paramedics, before being taken to Wollongong Hospital for observation.
He was later released from hospital and taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station, where he was charged with three outstanding warrants, enter enclosed lands (trespassing) and resist officer in execution of duty.
Broughton made no application for bail on Friday.
He will face court again on May 12.
