Fraudster: David Aiono admitted to using his brother's drivers licence to fraudulently get a $22,000 personal loan from the Commonwealth Bank in the name of his brother before he transferred the money to himself.

A former Shellharbour man has admitted to fraudulently using his brother's driver's licence to apply for a $22,000 personal bank loan seven years ago.
