The property at 18 Blackall Street, Bulli recently sold to a local buyer after 22 days on the market.
The absolute beachfront home had been in the same family for more than seven decades.
The home offers dual family living with separate three-bedroom accommodation downstairs, as well as views to Sandon Point, Bulli Cove and the surrounding escarpment.
Selling agent, Trever Molenaar from Molenaar + McNeice said he couldn't disclose the final sale price.
However, the Mercury understands it was $5 million.
Mr Molenaar said the home also attracted interest from buyers in areas such as the Blue Mountains and Canberra.
"It was because it's beachfront - the views," he said of the property's appeal.
"And from that stretch it's slightly elevated, so you can see down on to Bulli Beach and see the waves crashing."
Mr Molenaar said the entire street was beachfront, although some areas of it were a little lower-lying.
"I think for Bulli, it's still relatively untouched... It's got a great beach, there's some really good surfing breaks on that beach," he said.
"And it's very family-friendly, with the cycleway and things like that."
This follows the sale of 10 Blackall Street, Bulli for $5,000,000 in September.
Selling agent, Darren Kay from Belle Property Illawarra said it sold to a southern Sydney buyer who was potentially looking at the property as a knockdown-rebuild in the long-term, and to utilise it as a weekender in the meantime.
"The buyers we're experiencing (in northern suburbs like Bulli) are more southern Sydney buyers looking for beachfront properties within close proximity to infrastructure, but also want to be only an hour away from Sydney," he said.
There have been other high-profile sales in the suburb in 2021.
In September, the home at 6 Garaban Court, Bulli sold for $4,405,000, within three weeks of being listed and prior to auction.
