The Illawarra and South Coast property market has continued to thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic.
From this week, readers will be able to subscribe to a free weekly Illawarra property newsletter, Hot Property Illawarra.
The newsletter will keep you informed about what's currently making headlines in the region's real estate market and beyond.
The newsletter will feature links to some of the week's key property stories, hosted by Australian Community Media's Real Estate View property platform, also publisher of the Illawarra Mercury.
This includes our weekly Suburb in the Spotlight profile, where we talk to the people who live and work in a specific part of the Illawarra or South Coast about why they love living there. We'll also seek to gain valuable insights from the agents who are selling homes in that suburb, and find out what's on the market there.
There will also be regular features such as our weekly auction wrap-up and previews, profiles of eye-catching properties that have sold or are now on the market, reports of new price records being set throughout the region, deep dives into market trends, advice for buyers and sellers, first home buyer-related content and more.
The newsletter will be curated by ACM's property reporter for the Illawarra and South Coast, Brendan Crabb.
