Cars slowed down and pedestrians craned their necks as his six-by-nine-metre artwork came to life.
The work is part of Wonderwalls, a festival aimed at showcasing the artistic underbelly of Wollongong.
Running from today until Sunday, the festival includes talks by artists, an art exhibition and multiple large-scale murals, like Smug’s ominous looking man on the rear wall of Myers.
