Proportionally to the lack of leadership in the city, the burgeoning amount of graffiti over a multiplicity of public and private buildings and spaces reflects a total lack of leadership within our Wollongong community.

Tough measures are required to bring graffiti under control and tough measures need strong leadership, which is sadly lacking here.
