Meanwhile, a five-member team from Kiama Golf Club, including O’Toole, will travel to Queensland to compete in the Championship Final of the Holden Scramble from November 27-30.
The Holden Scramble is a Pro Amateur Club teams event which is managed by the PGA of Australia.
More than 450 local events are held each year at golf clubs throughout Australia, with winners progressing to regional finals at some of Australia's premier golf courses.
Each team at the regional final teams up with their PGA Club Professional, with winners progressing to the Championship Final at Twin Waters Golf Club on the Sunshine Coast.
The Championship Final features four days of golf, social activities and the opportunity to play with a PGA Tour Professional, such as Stuart Appleby or Peter O’Malley in the final round.
Kiama progressed to the nationals after winning the regional event at Macquarie Links in September.
“If the boys don’t get too over-awed, they’re a chance,” O'Toole said.
“The prize really is the trip away, it’s a great trip.
“We can’t wait to get to the Sunshine Coast; we have heard such great things from others who have been to the Championship Final.”
