- Albion Park Rail: allow around 10 minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
- Gerringong: allow around 10 minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
- Berry: allow around 15 minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
- Nowra: heavy northbound traffic on the Princes Highway has eased
4.20pm: The Princes Highway is now open in both directions at Ulladulla after a grass fire.
Northbound lanes of the highway were closed due to the fire near Village Drive.
Traffic conditions are now returning to normal in the area.
3.50pm: The Princes Highway remains closed to northbound traffic at Ulladulla as emergency services crews work to put out a grass fire.
Northbound motorists are advised to delay their trip or divert through Mollymook instead if they need to travel.
Traffic in the area is heavy.
Elsewhere on the roads:
- Albion Park Rail: allow around 10 minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
- Gerringong: allow around five minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
- Berry: allow around 10 minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
- Nowra: allow around 15 minutes extra if heading north on the Princes Highway
3.30pm: Here’s a picture just in of the grass fire on the Princes Highway, near Village Drive, at Ulladulla.
The highway was closed in both directions, but has since reopened southbound.
The northbound lane remains shut, with firefighters and police on the scene.
The NSW Transport Management Centre has advised motorists to avoid the area and delay their trip.
“Anyone who needs to travel can go via Mollymook instead,” a spokesman said.
“Traffic is already heavy in the area.”

3.20pm: A grass fire has closed the Princes Highway in both directions at Ulladulla.
Diversions are in place through Mollymook.

1.45pm: Delays continue northbound on the Princes Highway at Gerringong (10 minutes), Berry (20 minutes, 3km queues), Nowra (40 minutes, 6km queues).
Traffic also remains heavy on Crooked River Road between Gerringong and Beach Road, south of Gerroa.
Northbound delays on the Princes Highway at Batemans Bay have eased.
No delays are being reported at Albion Park Rail.
1.25pm: Traffic delays stretch 6km northbound on the Princes Highway at Nowra, adding 40 minutes to your trip.
The queue is 3km northbound at Berry, meaning drivers should add about 20 minutes onto their journey.
Delays of 10 minutes are being reported at Batemans Bay, with the traffic camera on the Princes Highway at Beach Road showing a steady run of vehicles.

12.53pm: Anyone with plans to head north of Wollongong to the Royal National Park are advised the Wattamolla car park is full and has been closed.
12.45pm: Traffic is now building northbound on the Princes Highway at Batemans Bay, where motorists have been told to allow an extra 15 minutes travel time.
Heavy holiday traffic continues to delay drivers on the Princes Highway at Nowra (50 minutes) and Berry (20 minutes).
Elsewhere the highway is busy northbound at Milton/Ulladulla and Albion Park Rail.
Crooked River Road northbound at Gerroa is also busy.
12.35pm: Delays northbound on the Princes Highway at Berry have stretched to 20 minutes.
Traffic is also reportedly heavy northbound on Crooked River Road around Gerroa, as people opt for an alternative to the highway.
12.25pm: Northbound traffic on the Princes Highway at Berry is delayed up to 15 minutes.
Traffic is also heavy northbound on the highway at Nowra, where motorists have been told to allow an extra 50 minutes of travel.
Delays in Nowra are expected to worsen as the afternoon progresses.
A steady run of northbound traffic is also being experienced northbound on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail However, the NSW Transport Management Centre is yet to report any delays.

11.06am: Northbound traffic on the Princes Highway at Berry is delayed up to 12 minutes.
11.02am: Northbound drivers on the Princes Highway at Nowra are facing delays of 15 minutes.
