As always, the popular January 26 festivities which take over Wollongong’s beach precinct will splash off from 8am with the Aquathon and come to a close after fireworks at 9pm.
In typical Aussie style, the true blue icons will be coupled with multicultural celebrations including Bollywood and French soiree dancers, international food stalls and citizenship ceremonies.
For the first time this year, the all-day carnival will have a “youth cill out zone” on Flagstaff Hill, which will include a skate ramp and DJ.
