Camden police received information about the alleged sex assault at the Thirlmere Way facility on October 8 and commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, a 59-year-old man was arrested at a house in Eschol Park on Saturday.
The man was taken to Narellan Police Station and charged with aggravated sexual assault.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
