Kiama teenager Kieran Woolley has continued to assert his claim as one of Australia’s top skateboarders with a string of impressive results.

The 14-year-old proved age is no barrier, taking out the Australian Skatepark League ACT/NSW National Qualifier in Goulburn. Woolley blitzed his older rivals in the open's division and qualified for next year’s ASL National Finals in Melbourne.
“It was a fun weekend with crazy wind and weather,” Woolley said. “So I was very happy to win the open men and pick up an invite to the ASL National Finals.”
Woolley returned the following week to contest the King of Concrete competition in Bar Beach. Battling through windy conditions, the Corpus Christi High School student took home the third-place trophy and the best trick award for a front-side flip.
Woolley then won the 16s division of the Fair Go contest in Ballina, qualifying for the National Street Finals in Bateau Bay.
