The game has been moved to Ziems Park, after this week's wet weather and player availability forced a number of changes to the schedule.
The Cougars, impressive in the pre-season campaign, can move ahead of Collies, but will have to sweat on the result of Wests and Helensburgh, which is now likely to be played on March 30.
"Talks are on-going about re-scheduling this game to Saturday, March 30," Illawarra Rugby League manager Chris Bannerman said.
The Tigers have several injury concerns and a number of other key players unavailable, which has led to the game against Wests to be deferred. If Corrimal win on Saturday, Wests will need to beat Helensburgh by a sizeable margin to move ahead on for-and-against and into the Challenge Cup final.
On the other side of the draw, Dapto will meet Thirroul at Dapto Showground, the game kicking off at 4pm.
A Thirroul victory would setup a must-win showdown against Berkeley next week.
However, Dapto can keep their hopes alive if they beat the Butchers. The final will be played on April 5, before the Illawarra first round underway on April 26.
