The level of interest in the first Halloween festival at Dapto Showground on Saturday has prompted organisers to lock in the same venue for a second annual event on the actual day itself in 2020.

All Hallows Fest organiser Rebs Baigent said October 31 next year will be even bigger after a great response in 2019.
There was a steady stream of festival-goers coming in after the gates opened at 10am on Saturday.
"We have had a really nice flow and have had so many people say they saw the story. We are definitely doing it on Halloween next year so that's going to be really creepy. We will be going a bit later as well until it gets dark which will only add to the atmosphere," Ms Baigent said.
"This response has been awesome. I did it because I thought Wollongong doesn't have a Halloween festival and I really wanted to bring something like this to the area. We are going to build the awareness each year".
More than 1000 people at the first All Hallows Fest saw everything from fire breathers to a haunted house experience with live actors providing real scares.
Daniella Lee described the Face Your Fears Scare Experience as one she would not forget.
Ashleigh Hughes brought her trick-or-treat loving niece Georgia, 4, along for a special experience.
"We are big Halloween fans so it is nice to have a festival like this so close to home. I've never been to anything like this before and there is so much for kids to do. It has been wonderful".
The wind did present a few challenges on Saturday so Ms Baigent decided to keep everything more contained.
