Green, who represents Mt Lewis, and Matt Miles will face Merrylands duo Gareth Lewis and Tony Wood in a sudden-death quarter-final on Saturday morning.
"It's always good to make a final," he said.
"[But] Gareth is a very good bowler from Sydney and Tony's moved up from Melbourne. He's been up a couple of years and he's a top class bowler so it should go down to the wire. Hopefully we can get the job done and get on to the semi's."
Green and Miles reached the finals after securing two wins in Thursday's post-sectional round. They secured a 16-8 win over Dave Walters and Shane Jones before taking a 15-10 victory against Gavin and Glen Aitken.
"The green was a lot quicker today. It's got quicker as the day went on and it's getting quicker as the tournament goes on," Green said.
"We've [Miles and I] both been pretty strong so far. We're both pleased with how we're both going and we're looking forward to the challenge ahead."

There will be three other quarter-finals contested on Saturday morning, including Wiseman Park's Mick Thorne and Shane Garvey taking on Mick and Brett Duprez.
Figgo Bowlo pair Jim Kambouris and Denis Cooper will face Michael Phillips and Toby Peters while Corrimal's Trent McMillan and Ricky Murphy are set to meet Jayden Gebbie and Jeremy Henry.
The semi-finals will also be played on Saturday before Sunday's final is held at Kiama Bowling Club.
