The competition, which started on Saturday at the Wingfield Range, was the first of three Olympic qualifying events for rifle shooters.
Rebling collected a silver medal in the 10-metre air rifle event on Sunday and capped off a big Cup by winning gold in Tuesday's 50m three positions (prone, standing and kneeling) final.
Rebling told Epicentre TV that she was proud to secure gold despite the wind wreaking havoc in the final.
"The wind was really bad, it threw me out while kneeling," the 34-year-old said.
"As soon I said 'start', the wind totally changed and it started blowing a gale, and it was completely different to the sighters. I was really struggling and my first kneeling shots were really bad.
"But I've been feeling quite good [at the Cup], I'm shooting better than last year. Getting second in air was great, I was really happy with that."
German-born Rebling will return to Adelaide in late February for her next Olympic qualifier. The third and final qualifying event will be held in Sydney next month.
The Australian Olympic shooting team is expected to be named in March.
