The club's purpose-built venue will be the stage for the NSW Short Course Cross Country Championships on Sunday July 19, with athletes ranging from under 11s up to masters contesting the competition.
The event will be the first of a rescheduled winter season, with Nowra to host the NSW Cross Country Championships on August 8.
Athletics NSW chief executive Kirin Lindop said it was great to finally provide certainty for the sport's competitors.
"We are excited to announce the return to competition, and will be implementing all COVID Safe requirements and following all NSW Health regulations," Lindop said.
"We know that sport is an important part of the lives of so many Australians and we are privileged to be able to offer this opportunity for the athletes to return to competition."
