Liam Castor threatening to torture the woman, kill her mother and shoot up her house during the hours-long ordeal in which she repeatedly begged him to let her go.
Documents tendered to Wollongong Local Court this week said Castor and the woman's eight-month on/off relationship had beeb marred by emotional abuse, intimidation and threats.
The woman told police Castor would intimidate her each time they split up until she agreed to resume their relationship.
The woman said tried to end their relationship in October 2019, leading to an apprehended domestic violence order being put in place.
The court heard the pair agreed to meet up on November 9. They both snorted multiple lines of cocaine during the evening and the woman spent the night at Castor's house, however repeatedly asked him to stop touching her as she wanted to sleep.
Castor responded "I can touch it if I want, it's mine to touch".
The woman said Castor continued to touch the woman as she slept intermittently for the next few hours, until she woke up and realised it was 6.30 in the morning.
She got up and started getting dressed to go home.
The pair got into an argument and the woman said she was leaving, prompting Castor to say "I do everything for you and this is how you repay me?"
He then took a 25cm-long knife from a nearby cupboard and pointed it at the woman, telling her to "sit the f--k down".
The woman, now petrified, responded "Liam just let me go, I want to leave", however Castor refused to release her.
"I don't give as f--k, I will bash you in front of my family, I don't care about the cops and the AVO," he told her.
"If you leave me, I will shoot your mother in the head and your house will get shot up tonight."
Castor then stood over her and said "if you were a guy this knife would have been through your neck by now. I'm going to tie you up over there, I'm going to torture you and then bring another girl over here and make you watch while I f--k her."
She begged to be let go but Castor continued to threaten her for another hour until he calmed down slightly.
He eventually let her go when she promised to contact him when she got home and the victim fled back to her car.
She reported the incident to police that evening and Castor was arrested early the following morning.
He was taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station and charged with detaining a person against their will.
However, he pleaded guilty to the lesser charges of using an offensive weapon with intent to intimidate, contravening an AVO and intimidation in a plea deal with prosecutors.
Castor will face sentencing at a later date.
