Natalia Kocak, 40, was granted bail after she appeared in Wollongong Local Court on Monday following her arrest on Sunday morning.
The beautician who lives in Mascot, was charged with wounding a person intending to cause grievous bodily harm and destroying or damaging property.
Documents tendered to court said Kocak accompanied her boyfriend of four months to his friend's house in Wollongong on Saturday night as he was booked to perform a DJ set at a birthday party in the area the following day.
After arriving at the friend's home, police allege the trio began to drink alcohol and took cocaine during which time the couple professed their love for each other.
Police claim the boyfriend told his friend that Kocak wanted to have sex with both of them.
About 2am, police allege Kocak and her boyfriend started to have sex in the spare room before they were joined by the friend.
Police allege the friend got onto the bed and started to kiss Kocak before the boyfriend left the room.
The friend allegedly started performing oral sex on Kocak while the boyfriend walked in and out of the room.
At one point, the boyfriend allegedly started watching them as he smoked a cigarette before he became upset and started recording the pair's sexual activity.
Police allege Kocak stopped the sexual act when she noticed her boyfriend was upset.
They got into an argument and Kocak allegedly started throwing objects around the unit and smashed a glass bowl on the floor.
The couple continued fighting with the boyfriend calling Kocak names including a "prostitute".
Kocak became enraged and allegedly picked up a large kitchen knife from the bench and walked into the room where her boyfriend was lying on the bed.
Police allege Kocak was yelling in Spanish words to the effect of "you son of a b***h, I'm going to kill you".
Kocak allegedly attempted to stab her boyfriend with the knife but missed as the friend intervened.
The boyfriend moved away from Kocak who allegedly took hold of him and stabbed him in the foot.
The boyfriend allegedly filmed Kocak stabbing him on his mobile phone.
The man's foot started to bleed so the friend rendered first aid and shortly before 4am, Triple-0 was called.
Before police arrived, Kocak allegedly grabbed her boyfriend's phone, broke it and put it in water.
The woman told officers she had been sexually assaulted by the friend and did not know how her boyfriend got injured.
The friend was arrested but immediately denied the allegation before being taken to the police station. He has not been charged.
The woman also went to the police station to discuss the sexual assault allegation before police went to the hospital to talk to the boyfriend.
Police said the version of events provided by the boyfriend and the friend "mirrored" each other, both claiming the sexual acts were consensual and that Kocak stabbed her partner.
Kocak was arrested but declined to speak to officers before she was charged.
In court on Monday, police prosecutor Leah Argent said there was a strong prosecution case and Kocak allegedly destroying the phone indicated a "consciousnesses of guilty".
Sgt Argent also said the allegation of sexual assault was inconsistent with the other version of events and no formal complaint had been made.
Defence lawyer Elizabeth Parkes said her client had a good record, full-time employment and could stay out of the Wollongong area.
Registrar Peter Ritchie granted Kocak bail on the conditions she live at her Mascot home, report to police daily, not go near or try to contact the alleged victim or witness, not drink alcohol or take illicit drugs and forfeit $5000 if she does not attend court.
The case was adjourned to June 16.
