The six girls were picked after a series of trials, with the final squad of 34 to spend the next 20 weeks developing their football skills.
Janaya Baroudi, Helena Halios-Lewis, Isabelle Harris, Ava Parry, Tahlia Sharrock and Caley Tallon-Henniker will represent the Illawarra in the program.
"In Linda Khamis and Libby Copus-Brown we have two coaches that understand the game, what it takes to make it to the W-League and what it takes to stay there," Wanderers CEO John Tsatsimas said.
"We are very excited to see how the players develop over the coming 20-week program and what they can take back to their club football too."
The selections come as the Illawarra Stingrays senior team prepares to face North West Sydney on Sunday.
