Mark Horsfall, 60, was released on bail last week despite accusations he assaulted multiple women who came to him for massages.
Horsfall's case was briefly mentioned in Wollongong Local Court this week where a further 34 charges were laid, bringing the total number of allegations to 81.
He was arrested on March 22 and was on remand until his release.
Horsfall's original accuser told police she felt frozen with shock and was "internally screaming" as Horsfall sexually assaulted her in a prolonged ordeal at Body Resort Chinese Massage in Gerringong on March 19.
By May his list of alleged victims had grown to seven and charges swelled from 30 to 47, including 14 counts of aggravated sexual assault and 33 counts of aggravated sexual touching.
Investigators laid a further 18 charges of sexually touching another person without consent and 16 counts of sexual intercourse without consent this week.
The allegations relate to appointments in November last year to March this year at the Gerringong parlour and at his Culburra Beach home.
Horsfall was granted bail to live with his daughter at an out-of-area address with his lawyer submitting it would not be possible for him to set up a massage business at her home.
In a previous court appearance, police argued it was not possible to ban Horsfall from his industry because he had no formal certifications.
His training consisted of a Chinese remedial massage course completed in 1979, for which he had lost the certificate.
He had been working at the Gerringong business for five months, on a cash-in-hand basis.
Horsfall is also banned from entering the Illawarra or the Shoalhaven, unless to attend court or a legal appointment.
The case will return to court in December.
