The mare will contest a 1200 metres BenchMark 88 at Randwick on Saturday, having recently transferred from Greg Hickman.
Our Bellagio Miss has completed one barrier trial for the Prices and Luke has been pleased by what he's seen.
"She'll run well," Price said. "I'm not too worried about her just being a wet tracker, her good track form isn't the best, but I'm looking forward to seeing her run 1200m.
"She's pleased us since her trial and still has plenty of improvement in her. Whatever we see on Saturday, she'll be better next time out."
Our Bellagio Miss is one of three former Hickman horses to have been transferred to the Price yard, the five-year-old joined by All Machiavellian and Audacious Belle.
The Prices have enjoyed a breakout year, Jamaea and Count De Rupee both claiming feature-race wins, and Luke is eager to train another trio of city-grade runners.
"It's good to have a quality stable around us. The babies are where you're also finding horses, so it's been a big process.
"We haven't had a great deal of runners lately but we're reloading and getting ready to fire."
The Prices will also start All Too Hard gelding Mr Rock It in a two-year-old handicap at Randwick. Despite the $71 odds, a trip to Queensland could be on the cards if he performs well.
"I"m really happy with the horse," Luke said. "The market suggests he's a complete outsider but he won't run a bad race."
