After cancellations in 2020 and 2021, spectators will finally get to witness fearless riders try to tame raging bulls for thousands of dollars in prize money on May 7.
The festival also boasts an impressive lineup of Australian music legends like The McClymonts, Shannon Noll, Travis Collins, Adam Harvey, Amber Lawrence and Lee Kernaghan.
"The first event a couple of years ago was huge, but after two years of COVID delays this one will be massive," Kernaghan said.
"An amazing line-up has been put together for Big Country 2022 and I am looking forward to being a part of it."
Kernaghan is celebrating 30 years in the industry after selling more than two million albums and achieving 40 Number 1 chart hit songs alongside 37 Golden Guitars.
Also on this year's line-up is rising star Kevin Sullivan, the former forensic investigator who left the force to pursue a full-time music career.
Big Country Festival is a cashless, all ages event, running from 10.30am to 11.00pm on May 7. Tickets purchased for 2020 or 2021 Big Country are automatically valid for the 2022 event.
Camping tickets are also available, with the campgrounds opening on Friday, May 6, and complimentary shuttles running from the campgrounds and central locations in Nowra, Gerringong, Gerroa and Shoalhaven Heads.
Extra train services will also be running during the event period.
