Now the trio will get the opportunity to delight upwards of a million viewers when their amazing performances are beamed across Australia on the Seven Network in the prime-time slot of 7pm on Saturday, December 16.
They will be joined by fellow Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands students who starred in this year’s Schools Spectacular.
Vocalists and dancers from Keira, Kiama, Moss Vale, Warrawong and Wollongong High School of the Performing Arts as well as Keiraville Public School, feature in the televised spectacular.
Piper Farrell of Keiraville Public School sang Get Back Up Again in the Imaginarium segment.
Shot with 15 cameras at vantage points throughout Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena in late November, the telecast of the whole show will offer unparalleled appreciation of the enormous talents of the more than 5700 stars of the show.
‘’It really is a must-see,’’ creative director Sonja Sjolander said.
‘’There is a reason that audiences, whether in the arena or watching on television, have so much anticipation for the Schools Spectacular each year.
‘’The vitality of these outstanding young performers is pure joy. While it was electric in the arena, on television the show offers a completely different dimension of enjoyment.’’
