Selling agent, One Agency Downie and Denison-Pender principal Vanessa Denison-Pender said it was set high at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac.
The extensively renovated home was on the market for 28 days.

According to Australian Property Monitors, it previously sold for $878,000 in 2006.
She said 20 Woodland Avenue is a “flawlessly presented” home on a large 900sqm block.
Ms Denison-Pender said competition for the property came from “time poor, high income earning professionals from Sydney and the UK”.
“The family that eventually purchased the property was local from Thirroul, upgrading their home and location,” she said.
“They always wanted Woodland Avenue, knew the value of the street and with a growing family, it ticked every box on their wish-list.”
Ms Denison-Pender said the top end of the market for premium properties in the Illawarra is performing extremely well.
The agent described the five-bedroom home as “a very high-quality, high-end property”.

“Having undergone an inspired transformation it is a rare offering at the very top end of the market where homes of this calibre seldom change hands.
“It encompasses multiple living areas, resort-like outdoor entertaining area, pool, spa and sauna and just a three-minute walk to beach and cycleway.”
