Escape From The City host Simon Marnie will give Sydney couple Adrian and Kerby a helping hand in episode two to escape the grind by taking them to view some stunning properties in the Southern Highlands.

Each episode sees one of the hosts guide a family, couple or individual through the trials and tribulations of their life-changing decision to escape the city and move to coastal, country or regional Australia.

Episode four will feature newlyweds Emma and David look for a more sustainable life in Kangaroo Valley with the help of host Dean Ipaviz.

Other hosts throughout the series include Jane Hall, Simon Marnie, Bryce Holdaway and Del Irani.
