Mick Tubman was quick to put a line straight through Bye See's first attempt to qualify for the Provincial Championships final.

The Sebring five-year-old finished well off the pace in the Hawkesbury heat on February 24, but Tubman is adamant you'll see a different mare at Kembla Grange this weekend.
"We had a wide gate and went back in the field but just forget about the run. It just wasn't her," the Kembla trainer said.
"She pulled really good from that run. She didn't do anything so she should feel good.
"She will run much better on Saturday."
Bye See is one of a list of local contenders vying for a top three spot in Saturday's $150,000 Kembla Grange qualifier in order to book her spot in the lucrative final at Royal Randwick. Kris Lees' powerhouse Newcastle-based stable is set to boast a strong hand while Kembla's top trainer Gwenda Markwell has last year's Kembla heat winner Mandylion returning to the same qualifier.
Tubman preferred to keep his focus on matters in his own stable rather than his opposition.
"The main danger to her I think is getting her in the barriers," he said.
"If she gets in the barriers and a decent barrier draw, she will be hard to beat. I am not really worried about the opposition."
The qualifier will more than likely be run on a rain affected track, with rain and thunderstorms predicted throughout the week.
Kembla Grange previously had to move the club's qualifier to Goulburn in 2017 due to wet weather.
The track was rated a Heavy 10 on Tuesday.
"I think she will get through it. She is a Sebring and they seem to get through it alright," Tubman said.
"It is just getting the work in this week.
"We worked on the course proper on Tuesday and I will take her to the beach for the rest of the week."
Meanwhile, Winona Costin is set to resume her partnership with Bye See on Saturday.
The final field will be released on Thursday morning.
