Police allege the sexual touching and indecent assaults occurred between 2016 and 2019 at a grocery store on Crown Street.
The allegations were reported to police in October following a post on social media.
A 40-year-old woman entered the grocery store and was allegedly grabbed by the owner, who attempted to kiss and touch her inappropriately in September 2016.
A similar incident occurred when a 17-year old girl went into the store and was allegedly approached and inappropriately touched by the same man in April 2018.
The man is accused of grabbing and holding a 24-year-old women in the store while attempting to kiss her earlier this month.
Wollongong Police District arrested a 68-year-old man at the grocery store on Friday following investigations.
The man was taken to Wollongong Police Station where he was later charged with two counts of indecent assault and sexually touch another person without consent.
The man was granted conditional bail and is due to face Wollongong Local Court on November 26.
