Mr Malakou has more than two decades' experience working with national law firms, including 15 years in senior executive positions.
Before joining Foye Legal, he provided consulting services to law firms on all aspects of strategic, financial and operational management.
And prior to that spent 11 years as chief executive of Holman Webb Lawyers, overseeing strategic growth through acquisitions as well as accomplishing successful initiatives to improve profitability, modernise processes and automate procedures.
Diana Foye, who started the firm in 2015, said Mr Malakou's corporate outlook and progressive business approach would help drive the firm's growth aspirations.
