A 33-year-old man has been charged with a series of domestic violence offences after being found at the scene of a car crash on Picton Road.

At about 1.30pm on Tuesday, emergency services attended a car crash on Picton Road, Cordeaux, after reports of a vehicle crashed into a tree.
The driver and a passenger then were reported to have left on foot.
Police began a search to find the occupants but were unsuccessful.
After further inquiries, officers from the Southern Domestic Violence High Risk Offender Team returned to search the ute on Picton Road at 8.30am on Wednesday.
The officers found a man in the driver's seat.
Police arrested the 33-year-old and took him to Wollongong Police Station where he was charged with three domestic violence offences including assault and driving a motor vehicle while disqualified.
Police will allege that the man choked a woman known to him at a unit in Corrimal prior to crashing the ute.
The man was refused bail.
